Wood Carbonization and Drying Treatment: For precious wood from Southeast Asia, we adopt the traditional low-temperature drying method. In the final treatment, we use the Italian WDE vacuum drying technology, which can retain the color, oil content, and the unique fragrance of special wood to the greatest extent. For woods from North America and South America, they need to be dried first in the early stage, and then undergo carbonization treatment. We ensure that the moisture content is controlled within the range of 0.7 to 10, so as to guarantee that the manufactured wooden products will not crack or deform.
MoreWood is a kind of material with hygroscopicity, dry shrinkage and wet expansion, and it has poor dimensional stability. The tangential dry shrinkage rate is almost several times that of the radial dry shrinkage rate. In order to ensure the quality and dimensional stability of the products, sawn boards that are not radially cut at an angle between 60° and 90° will not be selected. When processing sawn boards, professional methods are used to ensure that the grain direction of each piece of wood must be properly selected.
